Taco Stuffed Avocados
Ingredients

- 1 Pound ground chicken or turkey
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ¾ Teaspoon Cumin
- ½ Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 4 Ounces organic tomato sauce
- 3 Avocados halved
- 1/2 Cup cherry tomatoes sliced
- 1/2 Cup romaine lettuce shredded
- 1/2 Cup cilantro
- Fresh salsa
- Black olives
- 1 Fresh lime
Instructions
- Cook the ground chicken or turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Drain the grease and add the seasonings and the tomato sauce. Stir to combine. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the pit from the halved avocados. Fill the avocado with the taco meat. Top with tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro, salsa, black olives and lime juice.
