Roasted Rosemary Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 Pounds sweet potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 Cloves garlic peeled and coarsely chopped
- 2 Tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon Sea salt
- ¼ Teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish, combine sweet potatoes, garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Toss to coat.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning occasionally.
