Roasted Rosemary Sweet Potatoes

  • 2 Pounds sweet potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 Cloves garlic peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 3 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish, combine sweet potatoes, garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning occasionally.
