Refreshing Green Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Scoop NutriDyn Vanilla Daily Meal
  • 1/2 Rib of celery
  • 1/2 Pear
  • 3 Small chunks of pineapple
  • Small handful of cilantro, mint, kale or spinach
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Cup coconut water or water

Instructions

  1. When making Smoothies, be sure to combine and thoroughly blend all ingredients before adding the Functional Food.
  2. NutriDyn recommends blending no longer than 15 seconds after adding the Functional Food and consuming it within 10 minutes.
