Refreshing Green Smoothie
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Scoop NutriDyn Vanilla Daily Meal
- 1/2 Rib of celery
- 1/2 Pear
- 3 Small chunks of pineapple
- Small handful of cilantro, mint, kale or spinach
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Cup coconut water or water
Instructions
- When making Smoothies, be sure to combine and thoroughly blend all ingredients before adding the Functional Food.
- NutriDyn recommends blending no longer than 15 seconds after adding the Functional Food and consuming it within 10 minutes.
