Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1/2 Cup canned or fresh pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 Frozen banana
  • 2 Scoops Daily Meal Vanilla medical food
  • 1/21 Cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 Tsp cinnamon


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
