Mashed Cauliflower

  1. Wash & cut into 1” pieces or use frozen.
  2. Cook until tender in a small amount of water. (Drain, reserve the water, freeze to use later in soups, etc).
  3. Use food processor, blender, or hand mixer to whip.
  4. Add a small amount of warmed, whole grass-fed milk & grass-fed butter, Himalayan pink salt and pepper.
