Mashed Cauliflower
Instructions
- Wash & cut into 1” pieces or use frozen.
- Cook until tender in a small amount of water. (Drain, reserve the water, freeze to use later in soups, etc).
- Use food processor, blender, or hand mixer to whip.
- Add a small amount of warmed, whole grass-fed milk & grass-fed butter, Himalayan pink salt and pepper.
