Healthy Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Scoop of Chocolate functional food
- 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Teaspoon Stevia
- 1/4 Tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Egg cage free egg
- 2 Tbsp almond milk or unsweetened, non-GMO soy milk
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients (but the peanut butter) into a mug and mix until it is smooth. Make sure you have a large mug, so it doesn’t overflow. Or use a bowl, that works too!
- If desired, drop the scoop of peanut butter into the center of the mixture and cover with the batter.
- Place mug into microwave for 30 seconds for gooey center, or 45-60 seconds for firmer texture.
Notes
Nutritional Data is without peanut butter.
