Healthy Chocolate Mug Cake

  • Author: Teresa's 7 Systems Kitchen

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Scoop of Chocolate functional food
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Stevia
  • 1/4 Tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Egg cage free egg
  • 2 Tbsp almond milk or unsweetened, non-GMO soy milk
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients (but the peanut butter) into a mug and mix until it is smooth. Make sure you have a large mug, so it doesn’t overflow. Or use a bowl, that works too!
  2. If desired, drop the scoop of peanut butter into the center of the mixture and cover with the batter.
  3. Place mug into microwave for 30 seconds for gooey center, or 45-60 seconds for firmer texture.

Notes
