Egg Roll in a Bowl
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Pound ground meat of your choice
- 1 Head of green cabbage shredded
- 6 Carrots shredded
- 3 Ribs of celery, chopped
- 1 Medium onion, chopped
- 3 Teaspoons minced from a jar
- 2 Cans water chestnuts diced
- 1/2 Tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 Teaspoon ginger
- 3 1/2 Tablespoons Braggs Amino Acids
- 1–2 Teaspoons rice vinegar
Instructions
- Cook the ground meat until done and remove from pan.
- Saute onions, garlic, water chestnuts and celery in avocado oil until tender.
- Add the shredded cabbage and carrots, continue to cook about 15 minutes, then add the meat back in.
- Add the ginger, Braggs Amino Acids and rice vinegar.
- Allow to simmer for 5 – 10 minutes.
- Top with green onion and toasted sesame seeds
