Egg Roll in a Bowl

  • 1 Pound ground meat of your choice
  • 1 Head of green cabbage shredded
  • 6 Carrots shredded
  • 3 Ribs of celery, chopped
  • 1 Medium onion, chopped
  • 3 Teaspoons minced from a jar
  • 2 Cans water chestnuts diced
  • 1/2 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 Teaspoon ginger
  • 3 1/2 Tablespoons Braggs Amino Acids
  • 12 Teaspoons rice vinegar


  1. Cook the ground meat until done and remove from pan.
  2. Saute onions, garlic, water chestnuts and celery in avocado oil until tender.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage and carrots, continue to cook about 15 minutes, then add the meat back in.
  4. Add the ginger, Braggs Amino Acids and rice vinegar.
  5. Allow to simmer for 5 – 10 minutes.
  6. Top with green onion and toasted sesame seeds
