Cranberry Relish Salad
Ingredients

- 2 (0.7 oz.) Simply Delish Jel Dessert from Thrive Market
- 2/3 c. Cold water
- 2 1/3 c. Boiling water
- 1/2 c. Switch sugar replacement from Thrive Market
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
- 3 Oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 3 Honey Crisp apples, peeled and quartered
- 10 Ounces canned crushed pineapple in natural juice, undrained
Instructions
- Dissolve gel packets in cold water.
- Add boiling water and Switch sugar. Stir until dissolved, set aside to thicken slightly.
- Process cranberries in food processor until coarsely chopped.
- Place in 10-12 c. bowl.
- Process apples and oranges in food processor until coarsely chopped.
- Add to cranberrys. Stir in pineapple. Stir in gel mixture. Chill until firm.
- This recipe has a nice crisp texture and a slightly tart flavor, very refreshing.
