Coffee Date Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2/3 Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Scoop NutriDyn Vanilla Daily Meal or GI Restore
  • 1 Scoop NutriDyn Fruits and Greens Espresso
  • 23 Medjool dates
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Water
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. When making Smoothies, be sure to combine and thoroughly blend all ingredients before adding the Functional Food.
  2. NutriDyn recommends blending no longer than 15 seconds after adding the Functional Food and consuming it within 10 minutes.
