Chopped Kale Salad
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 Cups chopped kale
- 1 Cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 Red onion
- 1/2 Cup feta cheese
- 1 Medium avocado
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
1) Chop all vegetables.
2) Add chopped vegetables and feta cheese to a large bowl.
3) Add olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Toss.
