Chocolate Strawberry Almond Protein Balls
Ingredients
Scale
- 3/4 cup Almond or cashew butter
- 1 Cup uncooked rolled oats
- 1/3 Cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Scoops chocolate functional food
- 2 Tbs slivered almonds
- 1 Cup unsweetened freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 Cup cacao nibs
Yields approx. 24 protein balls. Each protein ball is 27 calories.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Form into 1-inch balls.
- Refrigerate
Notes
Good for 1 week in refrigerator or they can be frozen.
