Chocolate Strawberry Almond Protein Balls

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup Almond or cashew butter
  • 1 Cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/3 Cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Scoops chocolate functional food
  • 2 Tbs slivered almonds
  • 1 Cup unsweetened freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup cacao nibs
Yields approx. 24 protein balls. Each protein ball is 27 calories.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Form into 1-inch balls.
  3. Refrigerate

Notes

Good for 1 week in refrigerator or they can be frozen.
