Chocolate Date Nut Bars

With just 4 ingredients and no added sugar, these no-bake Chocolate Date Nut Bars are the chewy, chocolaty treat you’ve been waiting for.


  • 12 medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water, then drained
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 cups nuts, chopped


  1. Add the dates and nut butter to a food processor and blend until it forms a sticky ball (it will be really soft and sticky).
  2. Add the cacao powder and nuts into the blender and pulse to mix but not to chop the nuts completely.
  3. Press down into a lined loaf tin. Place in the fridge for at least an hour. Once set, cut into small bars and store in the fridge.
