Chocolate Berry Smoothie

  • 1 Cup frozen spinach
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 Cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 23 Fresh strawberries for sweetness
  • 1 Scoop chocolate functional food


  1. Place spinach, water, pumpkin seeds (full of antioxidants and even help with sleep!), and coconut oil in blender until smooth.
  2. Add berries (berries are also loaded with antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties), functional food and blend again.
  3. If smoothie is too thick, add some extra water.
