Chocolate Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Cup frozen spinach
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 1/2 Cup of frozen mixed berries
- 2 – 3 Fresh strawberries for sweetness
- 1 Scoop chocolate functional food
Instructions
- Place spinach, water, pumpkin seeds (full of antioxidants and even help with sleep!), and coconut oil in blender until smooth.
- Add berries (berries are also loaded with antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties), functional food and blend again.
- If smoothie is too thick, add some extra water.
