Chia Pudding

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup almond milk
  • Fresh fruit, nuts and coconut for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a pint mason jar. Leave sit at room temperature to thicken for 15 minutes.
  2. Once thick, stir together again and add a splash of extra milk if needed.
  3. Add your favorite toppings or leave plain.
