Chia Pudding
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 Cup almond milk
- Fresh fruit, nuts and coconut for topping
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a pint mason jar. Leave sit at room temperature to thicken for 15 minutes.
- Once thick, stir together again and add a splash of extra milk if needed.
- Add your favorite toppings or leave plain.
