Cauliflower Mash

You can use these in place of mashed potatoes or…
Mix 1/2 and 1/2 with Yukon Gold potatoes!


  • 1 Tablespoon+ 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 4 garlic cloves OR 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon organic Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Half & Half


  1. In a 3 qt sauce pan add 1 Tablespoon of Himalayan pink salt and a small amount of water, bring to a boil.
  2. Add in the cauliflower florets & garlic cloves and cook until soft enough to mash.
  3. Drain the water, reserving 1 cup.
  4. Blend the cauliflower, garlic, cheese, ghee, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper until desired texture.
  5. Add 1 Tablespoon of the reserved water if the mash is too thick.
  6. Season to taste!
