Carrot Cake Smoothie

  • 1 Scoop NutriDyn Vanilla Daily Meal
  • 1 Scoop NutriDyn Inflam-Eze Spiced Chia
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 Large carrot
  • 1 Cup plant-based milk
  • Optional: add in walnuts and top with chia seeds


  1. When making Smoothies, be sure to combine and thoroughly blend all ingredients before adding the Functional Food.
  2. NutriDyn recommends blending no longer than 15 seconds after adding the Functional Food and consuming it within 10 minutes.
