Carrot Cake Smoothie
Ingredients

- 1 Scoop NutriDyn Vanilla Daily Meal
- 1 Scoop NutriDyn Inflam-Eze Spiced Chia
- 2 Medjool dates
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1 Large carrot
- 1 Cup plant-based milk
- Optional: add in walnuts and top with chia seeds
Instructions
- When making Smoothies, be sure to combine and thoroughly blend all ingredients before adding the Functional Food.
- NutriDyn recommends blending no longer than 15 seconds after adding the Functional Food and consuming it within 10 minutes.
