Cabbage Slaw with a Kick

We spiced up this drab potluck day pleaser with a big of zing of ginger, the spice of Siracha, and a bit of sweet with Stevia. Don’t worry, although we’ve added some heat, it’s not enough to turn off the kids. This Cabbage Slaw with a Kick is suitable for the whole family and packed with benefits green and purple cabbage. Throw some nuts on at the end for some crunch.
Ingredients

For the dressing:
- 1 Cup Paleo Mayo (avocado)
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Siracha Chili Sauce
- 1 ½ Tsp ground Ginger
- 2 Tsp Stevia powder
- Pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
- Pinch black pepper
For the slaw:
- 4 Cups chopped Green Cabbage
- 4 Cups chopped Purple Cabbage
- 2 Cups shredded Carrots
- ½ Cup chopped green onions
- ¼ Cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
For the dressing:
- Mix together all ingredients until smooth.
- Set aside
For the slaw:
- Add all ingredients to a big bowl and gently toss until incorporated.
- Pour the dressing over the top and gently toss to coat.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Top with nuts for a nice crunch.
