- 3 c Broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/4 c. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese or a goat cheese
- 1/4 c. Raisins
- 1/4 c. Chopped red onion
- 1/2 c. Avocado oil mayo from Thrive Market
- 1 T. Switch sugar replacement from Thrive Market
- 2 tsp. Lemon juice
- Combine in small bowl. Pour over salad, toss.
Just before serving add:
- 4 slices pasture raised bacon, crispy cooked, crumbled
- 1/4 c sunflower seeds, toasted
