Broccoli Salad

Broccoli salad

  • 3 c Broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/4 c. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese or a goat cheese
  • 1/4 c. Raisins
  • 1/4 c. Chopped red onion


  • 1/2 c. Avocado oil mayo from Thrive Market
  • 1 T. Switch sugar replacement from Thrive Market
  • 2 tsp. Lemon juice
  • Combine in small bowl. Pour over salad, toss.


Just before serving add:

  • 4 slices pasture raised bacon, crispy cooked, crumbled
  • 1/4 c sunflower seeds, toasted
