Blueberry Pecan Muffin Oatmeal

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cup oatmeal
  • 2 Cups almond milk
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 Coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 Cup fresh blueberries

Toppings:

  • Fresh blueberries
  • Pecans
  • Almond butter
  • 100% Pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add oats, milk, salt and cinnamon to pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add blueberries and cook for 5 mins on medium heat stirring frequently.
  3. Add chopped pecans and cook for 5 more mins.
  4. Place in bowl and add toppings to taste.
