Blueberry Pecan Muffin Oatmeal
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Cup oatmeal
- 2 Cups almond milk
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 Coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 Cup fresh blueberries
Toppings:
- Fresh blueberries
- Pecans
- Almond butter
- 100% Pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Add oats, milk, salt and cinnamon to pan and bring to a boil.
- Add blueberries and cook for 5 mins on medium heat stirring frequently.
- Add chopped pecans and cook for 5 more mins.
- Place in bowl and add toppings to taste.
