Black Bean Salad
Description

Ingredients
Scale
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 2 Tomatoes, diced
- 2 Avocados, diced
- 1 Can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp red onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, minced
- 2 Limes, juice of
Instructions
- Salt and fresh pepper, to taste.
- Combine all ingredients and enjoy!
