Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 English cucumber, diced
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Avocados, diced
  • 1 Can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 Tbsp red onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro, minced
  • 2 Limes, juice of

 


Instructions

  1. Salt and fresh pepper, to taste.
  2. Combine all ingredients and enjoy!
